SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the following business day.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier. If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available at Michigan Advanced Aesthetics in Royal Oak. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation. A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
